On June 6th, 2018, GSMD installed a brand new path of the south east side of our garden.
Located behind the Mayflower Society House, the Colonial Revival Garden was designed by New England architect and Mayflower descendant, Joseph Everett Chandler, for the affluent Willoughby family. The Society is honored to carry on it's purpose of providing a relaxing centerpiece in the heart of downtown Plymouth and giving our Pilgrim descendants a place to honor and remember their families.
Donating a brick to the Garden Walkway Project is a wonderful way to leave a lasting memory of your family where the Mayflower Pilgrim ancestors established Plymouth Colony, which resulted in bringing self-governance to this country. Your commemorative brick will grace our walkway in the heart of America’s Hometown for years to come and support not only the GSMD headquarters, but the historic town of Plymouth.
