International Orders

The website does not handle orders from Canada nor anywhere outside the continental U.S. Please call or email either Deb Yingst or the Sales Office, as noted above, to order. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Unsealed books sent back by the customer not in the original packaging will not be refunded or exchanged. Return books must be insured for the total value. GSMD will not issue refunds or exchanges for uninsured, damaged returned books.

Problem items received that are damaged should be reported to GSMD within a week of receipt so an effort can be made to rectify the situation. Items not reported by the customer to be missing, undelivered, or lost within twenty days of the order date will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

GSMD will accept cancellations and make every effort to satisfy the customer. If items are cancelled after they have been shipped, money will be refunded by GSMD only upon receipt of the unused item, still in new condition.

Please Note: Gifts, Books and Publications, 2020 Items, Kid's toys and most Member Items ship from the Sales Office in Plymouth. Insignia and Jewelry items are shipped separately. Mixed orders may require additional postage be added to the order.
