As recommended by the Governor's office, GSMD staff will continue to do the majority of their work from home. Mayflower Lineage Match requests and Application Verification will continue remotely. The sales office will begin shipping orders received in March, April and May. We appreciate your patience during these difficult times.

Please allow at least four to six weeks for the delivery of Insignia items. 
Delivery time may be longer during high volume times.

International Orders

The website does not handle orders from Canada nor anywhere outside the continental U.S. Please call or email either Jane Schleinzer or the Sales Office, as noted above, to order. We are sorry for the inconvenience. 

Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Damaged items should be reported to the Sales Office or Jane Schleinzer, Insignia Chair (for insignia and jewelry) within a week of receipt so an effort can be made to rectify the situation. We accept only authorized returns, so please contact the Sales Office at 508-746-5058 or Jane Schleinzer at 630-380-2089 before returning any items. If returns are received without authorization, you may not be credited.

Unsealed books returned which are not in the original packaging will not be refunded nor exchanged. Refunds or exchanges for damaged returned books will not be processed.

Items not reported by the customer to be missing, undelivered, or lost within twenty days of the order date will not be refunded. 

Cancellation Policy

GSMD will accept cancellations and make every effort to satisfy the customer. If items are cancelled after they have been shipped, money will be refunded by GSMD only upon receipt of the unused item, still in new condition.

Please Note: Gifts, Books and Publications, 2020 Items, Kid's toys and most Member Items ship from the Sales Office in Plymouth. Insignia and Jewelry items are shipped separately. Mixed orders may require additional postage be added to the order.
